REFUND POLICY:

At Calera Landscape Supply, we stand behind the quality of our products and service.
If a mistake occurs on our part, we’ll make it right. Refunds are offered under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Refunds are issued only if the error is due to our mistake (for example, incorrect materials or quantities delivered).

  • Inspection at Delivery: All materials must be inspected by the customer or their representative before the truck leaves the site.

  • Reporting Issues: Any concerns must be reported immediately during the inspection. Once the truck has left, no claims for refunds can be accepted.

  • Condition of Materials: Items must remain in their original, unused condition at the time of inspection to qualify for a refund.

  • Processing: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
